Healthcare Programs
CTI's healthcare programs prepare students for high-demand careers in nursing, patient care, and laboratory services. The Nursing Assistant and Practical Nursing programs are approved by the Florida Board of Nursing.
- Home Health Aide (HHA) — 3.5 weeks, 91 clock hours, $745. Train to assist patients at home with personal care, daily living activities, vital sign monitoring, and meal preparation. Diploma awarded upon completion.
- Phlebotomy Technician — 6 weeks, 148 clock hours, $1,125. Learn venipuncture, blood specimen collection, pediatric draws, and infection control. Includes preparation for the MedCA Phlebotomy Technician Certification Exam.

- HVAC Technology — 36 weeks, 600 clock hours, $10,675. Learn to install, service, and repair residential and commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Covers EPA regulations, commercial refrigeration, and HVAC system design.
- Electrical Technology — 36 weeks, 600 clock hours, $10,475. Train for entry-level employment as an electrical technician. Covers the National Electric Code (NEC), residential and commercial wiring, AC/DC circuits, home automation systems, and motors and controls.
- Welding Technology — 42 weeks, 700 clock hours, $12,700. Develop skills in fillet welding, SMAW, MIG, TIG, structural welding, pipe welding (2G, 5G, 6G), and non-ferrous welding. Graduates may be eligible for AWS welding certifications.
